1. Delivery Timeline
We process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Estimated delivery times are:
Metro Cities
Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad — 2-4 business days
Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities
Patna, Lucknow, Jaipur, Indore, Coimbatore, etc. — 3-5 business days
Remote & North-East Areas
7-10 business days depending on courier connectivity
2. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹5,000.
- Orders below ₹5,000 incur a flat shipping fee of ₹149.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may attract an additional ₹49 handling fee.
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout before payment.
3. Delivery Partners
We partner with leading logistics providers including Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Postto ensure reliable and timely delivery. The courier assigned to your order depends on your pincode and the chosen delivery option.
Every shipment is insured against loss or damage during transit. In the unlikely event of a lost package, we will initiate a replacement or full refund after verification with the courier.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with your tracking number and courier details. You can also track your order by:
- Visiting the Order Status page in your account.
- Clicking the tracking link in your dispatch email.
- Contacting our support team with your order number.
5. Delivery Process
- Order Confirmation: You receive an email/SMS confirming your order and payment.
- Quality Check: Our team performs a final inspection and sanitization before packing.
- Dispatch: Order is handed to the courier within 24 hours. You receive tracking details.
- In Transit: Track your package in real-time via the courier portal.
- Delivery: The courier attempts delivery to your address. OTP or signature may be required.
- Unboxing: We recommend recording an unboxing video for your protection.
6. Important Notes
Delivery Address Accuracy
Please ensure your address and phone number are correct. Failed deliveries due to incorrect details may incur additional re-shipping charges.
- We do not deliver to PO Boxes. A physical address with a valid contact number is required.
- For high-value orders (above ₹30,000), delivery requires an OTP verification sent to your registered mobile number.
- If you are unavailable during delivery, the courier will attempt redelivery up to 2 times before returning the package.
